What we teach
The catalogue is organised in five areas, as well as tailored programmes.
- Better regulation. Course or diploma in better regulation, better regulation tools, RIA and evidence-based decision-making, simplification and reduction of administrative burdens, drafting clear regulations, public consultation and stakeholder engagement, regulatory oversight, regulatory delivery (inspections, enforcement and compliance promotion), risk-based regulation, and RIA and climate change.
- Regulatory policy for senior management. Evidence-based decision-making, regulatory strategy for senior officials, accountability and strategic transparency.
- Cross-cutting tools. Alternatives to regulation, behavioural economics, public services and citizen experience, transparency in decision-making and green regulation.
- Regulation, technology and innovation. Agile regulation, artificial intelligence and regulation, regulation of digital platforms, and digital tools and AI in the regulatory process.
- Public law and governance. Economic regulation, law and economics, specialised administrative law, public services and regulated markets.
